The Morrison Creek Streamkeepers would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Comox Valley Charitable Gaming Society for recognizing the value of our watershed and the need for a website to provide information about it. They provided a generous grant which allowed us to hire Unicycle Digital to revamp and modernize our defunct website. We have gone from a non-functioning, old-fashioned website to something we can be proud of once again thanks to these 2 organizations. Have a look at our new species pages which show all the species that we have found in the Morrison Creek headwaters. This list will continue to expand as we work to identify all of the species in the watershed as we work to preserve it. Until we recreated the website we didn’t realize how difficult it was to get good pictures of salmon which is why our new website is lacking in that department, a shameful situation for streamkeepers I know.
