Morrison Creek is home to a number of fish; most primitive and endangered of which is the Morrison Creek Lamprey. For such a shallow creek it has a wide variety of salmon; chum, pink, coho, and chinook. It is also renowned for its trout production with cutthroat and rainbow that reach a good size. It is also home to the three-spined stickleback which is a fairly common species around the coast.
